Top 10 Chart Comparison (4th and 11th)

Ben Howard takes the Number 1 spot for this weeks charts on Just Another Radio. Also, in the 11th March chart, there have been some Indie tracks from the likes of Cage the Elephant, The Naked and Famous and Death Cab for Cutie. All of these songs are worth to be checked out, and if you have Spotify, you can easily check them out here.  Ruby - Kaiser Chiefs has disappeared off the charts and Walk Off The Earth has just walked off the charts after being pushed down by the new entries. Next week you can look forward to a new Number 1 and a few new entries! Tune in Sundays at 12 noon and 7pm for the live shows! We hope you enjoy them!

Top 10 Chart Comparison (26th and 4th)

Somebody That I Used to know has claimed its 5 week reign at Number 1 on many charts, and finally reach Number 1 for a second time on our charts (after Indie week)! There are some great tunes returning and replacing other songs such as 'Ruby - Kaiser Chiefs', 'You are a Tourist - Death Cab for Cutie' and 'Take Me Out - Franz Ferdinand'.

The rest of the charts is fairly similar as all the songs are holding on strong, although, some shuffling about has occurred. Florence + The Machine has moved to Number 3 from Number 1, 'The Wolves - Ben Howard' is gaining speed towards the Number 1 spot, now at Number 5 and we have a brand new song by Jason Mraz at Number 4! I hope you enjoyed those charts, and the comparison between the 4th and 11th March coming soon!

Top 10 Chart Comparison (29th & 5th)

A new song called 'Tongue Tied' by 'Grouplove' has taken this weeks number 1 spot, knocking 'Jerk it Out' down to number 5. After 5 weeks of holding on strong, 'Shake it Out' has disappeared off the charts, however Florence + The Machine re-enters the chart at number 2 with 'No Light, No Light'. At number 3 is 'Civilization' by 'Justice' (the people who made the 'D.A.N.C.E' song).  They got this song partially because how strange/awesome the music video is (see below). Another new entry, includes the not-so-new 'Five Years Time' by Noah and The Whale. The songs that have disappeared from last week's charts include 'Dakota', 'Rose', 'Fast Cars' and 'Shake it Out'.

I hope you enjoyed this week's charts and please tune in next week at the same time (12 noon or 7pm GMT) for a special Top 10 show to be revealed later!

Top 10 Chart Comparison (22nd & 29th)

The Caesars are the first to keep the Number 1 spot so far this year! Each time someone keeps the spot, it will shine brighter :D However, there have been a lot of new entries and old entries kicked off. Jimi Hendrix has jumped in at #2, pushing Snow Patrol off the Top 10 and Princess of China to #3.

Florence + the Machine has remained on the charts at #10 but will she be able to hold on until next week? Other new entries include: Rosé, Message in a Bottle, Dakota and Hotel California.
So, this week saw some of the Rock Classics such as Purple Haze hijack the chart; tune in next Sunday at 12noon or 7pm!

Top 10 Chart Comparison (15th & 22nd Charts)

So this week 'The Caesars' took the Number 1 spot pushing 'The Vines' down to number 3. As by request, Princess of China - Coldplay & Rihanna, is in the Top 10 chart and has been placed at number 2. Razorlight, Earth, Wind and Fire and Led Zeppelin have also made an appearance in this weeks charts.

Paradise by Coldplay has temporarily disappeared from the charts for the simple reason it is being overplayed on other radios; we hope to see the songs return in future charts. Also, notably, 'Shake it Out', 'The Wolves' and 'Fast Car' have remained on the charts.

We hope you tune in next week, on Sunday 29th at noon and again at 7pm! Enter your requests to justanotherradio@gmail.com!

Top 10 Chart Comparison

This Week's Chart
Last Week's Chart

Coldplay has been knocked off their number 1 spot by The Vines. The Vines famous track, 'Ride', is widely popular but has never received a number 1 spot; but we thought that they were worthy of the position.

'Pumped Up Kicks', 'Every Teardrop is A Waterfall', 'Crazy' and 'Lego House' have all disappeared of this weeks chart and have been replaced some older, but still great, tracks - notably, 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered', 'Heavy Cross', 'Fast Car' and this weeks number 1.

We hope you enjoyed this week's chart! Stay tuned for a new mix of Alternative Rock and Urban tracks every Sunday at 12:00 noon and  19:00 (GMT). If you wish to suggest a track for our Top 10, email J.A.R. at justanotherradio@gmail.com !
